Ruma.Jia is the property arm of Roomie & Co Global, a Malaysian firm registered with SSM since 2019. We manage residential and commercial units, deliver interior design and renovation works, and market properties for owners across the Klang Valley.
What we do

We look after a property through its whole life — fitting it out, filling it, and running it — so owners deal with one point of contact instead of five.

Roomie & Co Global was registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) on 5 November 2019 and has traded continuously since. We operate from Desa Sri Hartamas and serve owners, tenants, and buyers throughout Kuala Lumpur and the surrounding Klang Valley.
Ruma.Jia is our brand for property services. The name pairs ruma — house — with 家, the Chinese character for home.
