Roomie & Co Global is a sole proprietorship registered in Malaysia under the Registration of Businesses Act 1956, with its registered address at 12-2 Jalan 24/70A, Desa Sri Hartamas, 50480 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan.

This website describes our services and provides a way to contact us. Nothing on it is an offer, a valuation, or professional advice, and nothing on it forms a contract on its own.

• Do not use this website unlawfully, or to interfere with its operation or security.
• Do not copy, scrape, or republish our content, images, or listings without written permission.

6. Fees and payment

Fees are set out in the quotation or agreement for the relevant service. Unless stated otherwise, fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are payable on the terms stated in that document.

7. Intellectual property

The Ruma.Jia name, the 家 mark, the site design, and its content belong to Roomie & Co Global or its licensors, and may not be used without written permission.

8. Third-party links and platforms

We may link to, or communicate through, third-party platforms such as property portals, WhatsApp, and Meta services. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit or opportunity, arising from use of this website or reliance on information published on it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
