Roomie & Co Global is a sole proprietorship registered in Malaysia, with its registered address at 12-2 Jalan 24/70A, Desa Sri Hartamas, 50480 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan. 2. Personal data we collect

- Enquiry details — the property, budget, location, timing, and requirements you tell us about.

- To respond to your enquiry and recommend suitable properties or services.
- To provide, administer, and invoice for the services you engage us for.

5. Third-party services
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. We use WhatsApp Business, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and email services provided by Namecheap to communicate with clients and to advertise. Those providers process data under their own privacy terms.
6. Cookies
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may record standard server access logs for security and reliability.
7. Keeping data safe and how long we hold it
We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as long as Malaysian law requires us to retain business records.
8. Your rights
Under the PDPA you may ask us to give you access to the personal data we hold about you, correct data that is inaccurate or out of date, limit how we process it, or withdraw a consent you previously gave. Write to hello@rumajia.com and we will respond within 21 days. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer provide a service to you.
9. Children
Our services are directed at adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
